How to Book a Telehealth Appointment
Our Options Telehealth service is open Monday to Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Online booking is available for Contraception and STI Telehealth appointments.
For other sexual health concerns, please call our Booking Team to schedule your appointment.
Appointments are 10 minutes.
The Physician will call you close to the time of the appointment. Please have your phone handy.
Please note the number the physician is calling you from might be ‘hidden’ (no caller ID).
To cancel or change your appointment
Use the link in your appointment confirmation email.
If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, you can email our Booking Team to cancel.
Do you have a valid BC Care Card?
Yes: Book a telehealth appointment now
No: If you do not have a valid BC Care Card, you can still book an appointment!
There will be a fee of $75 that you pay at the time of booking.

Booking Frequently Asked Questions
- Depending on where you are going for your STI test, your STI Requisition can be:
- Faxed to a central fax number (takes up to 72 hours before it is available in the lab)
- Emailed to you by the end of the following day
- The physician will call or fax a pharmacy of your choice with your prescription.
