After many years at the Nelson Health Centre, our clinic has now moved to Apple Tree Maternity Clinic. We are now open on Mondays (not Wednesdays). Please DO NOT call the Apple Tree Clinic’s phone. You can either call 250 354 3094 and leave a message or email at nelson.opt.clinic@gmail.com.

Drop-in for all services EXCEPT Pap tests, IUDs, and Nexplanon.
Please email the clinic to book an appointment for a Pap Test, IUD consult/insertion, and Nexplanon consult/insertion.

Our services include free birth control for people in BC with MSP (low-cost for those without MSP), STI care, Pap screening, pregnancy testing, and pregnancy options counselling. We welcome new and returning clients, and no referral is necessary!
There are no service fees for clients with valid MSP (BC Provincial Government) coverage. For clients with no MSP (BC Provincial Government) coverage, charges may apply. Please note that most of our clinics are cash only, please check the clinic page for more details.
